Welcome to

We offer a variety of classes for your enjoyment and for their therapeutic value.

Classic 26 + 2

Rooted in the Bishnu Gosh yoga lineage, this series is considered a beginner’s class. The twenty six postures and two breathing exercises are traditionally done in a heated and humidified setting, and in a prescribed sequence for maximum benefit.

The series begins with a breathing exercise and standing postures, progresses to the deeper floor postures and concludes with a final breathing exercise. Come build heat and challenge your focus, stamina, strength, and flexibility, in addition to the many other benefits of yoga.

Feetup Yoga ®

The FeetUp Trainer helps you achieve inverted postures in a unique and gentle way. Bodyweight is spread evenly across the shoulders, allowing your head to gently hang and stretch the cervical spine. The FeetUp Trainer is the best yoga prop for building more strength, flexibility and balance.

Hot Mix Fascia Fix© (HMFF)

Fascia (connective tissue “sweater”) restoration and range of motion recovery, includes 10-15 minutes of yoga and movement warm-up, followed by guided Fasciablasting. Prepare for a full body heated workout.

Advanced Intensity Flow (AIF)

A heated, rigorous vinyasa + 26 combination, including elements of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Ghosh yoga lineages; 60 minutes

Yinfrared©

Yin yoga done in infrared heat, combining the benefits of both. Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative yoga style that includes a few select postures, focusing on stretching connective tissues for enhanced mind-body awareness. In Yinfrared class students are encouraged to find their edge in a pose and “work” to remain still and present while holding the pose for 3-5 minutes. Increased flexibility and stress management are two of the many benefits of Yinfrared yoga.

Primal OM©

Enjoy Dr. D’s perfect combination of HIIT and yoga, which includes multiple free-body exercises to build strength, stamina, and mobility; followed by a short yoga sequence. HEATED.
